If you would like me to help you with your network, I provide two methods of support:
free and paid.
Free Support: I regret that I cannot provide free email- or phone-based support. As a
Novell sysop, I am under certain obligations, one of which is that my free support is targeted to
the Novell Public Forums. And since I make my living
as a consultant, I charge my time spent on phone calls and project work to my clients. I do provide
free support on an almost daily basis in the forums (newsgroups), usually spending 30 minutes to 2
hours per day, late at night (Arizona time) by answering questions. Due to time constraints, I have
been limiting my participation in the newsgroups for some time now. I highly recommend that you configure a
newsreader to read the Novell Public Forums, and browse through the messages there when you
first encounter an issue. You can also access the forums through a web interface, but a good
newsreader makes it a lot easier to find threads and track your conversations.
Paid Support: I work as an independent consultant, usually on a project basis, and I do not
have a minimum charge. If you would like to hire me to work on a specific issue, answer a
question, provide training or documentation, check over your network or servers, etc, please give
me a call at 1-480-575-0629 between 8am-6pm, Arizona time zone, or email me
at phxazcraig "@" gmail "dot" com.
My mailing address is:
Craig Johnson Consulting
2205 W. Red Range Way

USA
(Note: I have anti-spam filtering going on before I see my email, and if you are emailing from a
blacklisted domain, it is possible I will not see your email.) I normally monitor email pretty
closely, and if I am available, I will respond quickly. I generally respond to all emails within a
day, except when I am on vacation or very busy on-site at a client. Contact me for billing rates and
availability. I generally work remotely, and have clients all
over the United States, Canada and around the world (UK, Germany, Austria, Australia...)
If you email me asking for free support, I will generally come back with a gentle reminder that I do
not provide free email-based support, and refer you to the Novell Public Forums, and ask if you
would like to hire me.
